One of his strenuous sports for baseball training is to pull heavy objects behind him with rubber bands while running.
We decided to set up a shopping cart where one can gain weight while running.
The rubber tube attached to the weighted \"chariot\" allows runners to exercise more violently than a simple run.
If the runner makes it run, the weighted chariot becomes a little easier to pull, and then becomes more difficult when you have to exert more power to restore power.
I believe this helps muscle development through the process of muscle confusion.
The theory of muscle disorder training is that the body will be forced to respond through changing movements.
Muscle disorder training confuses the exercise routine, so it is more difficult for the muscles to adapt, which causes them to work harder and produce obvious results.

Bolts 5 inch long with nuts, washers and locks, screwdrivers, wrenches, drill bits. The first step is to lay a solid foundation for the chariot from 2 inch by 3 inch pine trees.
Cut three 2x3 pine trees 24 inch long at a 60 degree angle on each side, so you can form an equilateral triangle.
After cutting the three pine trees, lay them on the floor and stick them together with glue.
Then wait overnight for the glue to harden and nail two 8 D-finished nails into each of the three joints of the triangle.
I like to nail them together with glue.
Cut two equilateral triangles of 24 inch face 60 degree angle from 3/4 thick plywood.
Arrange casters at each vertex of a piece of 3/4 plywood.
Drill 5/16 \"\" holes through plywood.
Connect 3 casters with 5/16 bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts to the bottom of the plywood.
Attach the plywood bottom with three casters to the 2x3 base with 1.
25 inch drywall screws.
Drill a hole with a diameter of 5/16 at the top of 3/4 plywood near a vertex of the triangle.
Connect eye bolts to 3/4 plywood using washers, lock washers and nuts.
Connect the top plywood to the 2x3 inch base using 1.
25 inch drywall screws.
Connect the 3/4 iron pipe flange to the middle top of the chariot using four wooden screws.
Then twist the 12 inch 3/4-inch nipple or iron pipe flange.
You will stack your weight through a 3/4 pipe.
Heavy duty rubber pipe cut 8 feet.
At each end of the rubber pipe, slide about 4 inch of the pipe through the handle part of the clip.
On the 4 inch side of the rubber pipe, tie the pipe into a knot.
You will now have a 8 feet rubber tube with clips on both ends.
Connect one end of the rubber pipe to the eye bolt on the top of the chariot.
